Hey Cherries. Hot and humid again today. We are expecting TS Elsa to be up here later today. Other than going out for a blood test in a bit DH and I have no other appointments. We plan on doing some more building. That’s the plan for today.

Have a great day Cherries.

Barb, hope you guys stay safe from Elsa.  It is really hot and humid here. It is thundering outside but sunny.  I plan on scrapping a bit today and then hitting the bathroom grout later.  Did the entire kitchen yesterday and it looks SO MUCH better, made easier by my Alexa summer playlist. Dance and scrub. Not my favorite task but always looks so good once its done. Have a great day Cherries  😊

It is the perfect summer day here in MN.  High of 70 and sun is shining :) I did some scrappy organizing and have photos on my desk.  That is huge progress for me.  I will be taking a good break after lunch, then work for a couple of hours and hope to get scrapping.  My shoulder is tender but not sore but I am guessing it wouldn't even be tender but I stopped all meds.  It is a pain I can work through and I'd rather feel it than ignore it.  PT is going awesome and I cannot wait to lose the sling on 7/28.

Have a great day!

I love a good play list and getting cleaning projects done is such a good feeling :)

Well, the house guests are settling in, and learning Eliza's schedule. LOL  She was very good last night and slept all night, despite the excitement.  Her vet visit went well and quickly, although their a/c was broken so they were only doing curbside.  In spite of the fact we couldn't go in with her, they had her in and vaccinated and back to us in 20 minutes. :)

Today, Artemis is upset because we can't let her out...vet visit at 5 pm. She'll get over it, though. Just been tough getting all the people on the puppy schedule and keeping kitty in the basement, which is where we hang out while puppy's napping upstairs.  I could tell my SIL didn't get why she had to take her scheduled naps, but she got to see her misbehaving and being sharky last night after dinner, so I think she might get it now.

Not much else happening. We have a cool front moving in and it is wonderful to be out of the 90's, plus we got some rain. Have a good day, cherries!

Good afternoon.  We went to Whole Foods earlier and DH drove.  It's basically a straight drive from our house to the mall where it is located.  This is the first time he's driven in months but he's doing so much better, he really wanted to give it a try and he did great.  Since I have to make an appointment for a colonoscopy, he wants to be able to drive me.

I finished two layouts - neither of which are masterpieces but I'm using up some older stash so I'm happy with that.

Been a fairly lazy day here. I did get my walk in while the day was cool. DH is driving for Avis. So the DD and I managed to put up some security cameras and get them working. Did a little scrapping while she took grandson #2 out for lunch!

Happy Thursday! Waving hello to you all! I did some art journaling. So relaxing! Also, I reorganized my craft area and straighten up things. It has been hot and muggy here in So Cal, too.
