ACOT Message Board

We all have those pictures that we don't want to spend hours scrapping but we really want to create a layout for. So here is our challenge to you today.

You have one hour (set your own start time any time today) to do a layout. It must have at least one picture, a title and some journaling. Oh, and at least one piece of patterned paper and at least one embellishment.

When you are done, post it here or link us to your gallery. We have some cool stuff to give away...and who knows...the lucky gal just might be you or you or even YOU! or maybe more than one. The only way to find out is to play and play often. Multiple entries allowed but don't forget to post here when you start and then edit that post when you finish. You'll have ten minutes to upload so 70 min. start to finish.

I am soooooooooooooo excited! I finally have a scanner again Thanks mom!

My DS woke me up early so I'm up but barely awake so this will get me going! I'm in! It's 6:41 a.m. here...ready...set...go!

Done but this stupid computer won't let me upload it...same thing as the other day when I tried to post my pictures from the Blessing of the Fleet on my blog. Going to try again after I take a walk with my pal, Jo. Just have to take my word for it, sorry. It is 11:03EST

Finally, it uploaded. I am trying to finish the album of Clare's visit in 2010 with Janet, a friend of ours, Anne, and me. We spent a week and a couple of days and I've been hit or miss with these. One more down.







Remember, the more you do, the more times your name goes into the hat! I'm off in a bit to do an hour of power and then back to scrapping.

This might ust be what I need to get scrapping again! Since all my stuff is upstairs (and the computer is in the basement) I am going to start this challenge at 11:15 MST Done at 12:24 MST!

going to get a glass of water and such so I will be starting this in a couple of minutes. Say 11:00 a.m. my time. (i'm in cali)


GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR....my layout is down. It won't upload to the gallery. I have been trying the last 10 minutes. It just spins like its loading but won't finish!




Finally got it uploaded. For whatever reason I can not upload in firefox. I have never had this problem before, but was able to upload in explorer. I even updated firefox, restarted, all that jazz. Grr.....I swear it took me only about 45 minutes to do the layout even though it took me like an hour to get it uploaded!

Finished with about 5 minutes to spare!!

Ooh, I might do this! I wanted to finish the page I'm working on but since we have all day I might do that first, we'll see! Thanks for the challenge-

well, I didn't get the start I wanted but did finish this one in under an hour. This sure looks crooked to me but I measured twice and it is straight...oh well.

LOVING everyone's layouts

Anyone want to extend the time to hour and a half or even two...same pool for drawings.
I have something I want to do but I've already worked on it for about half an hour and need another hour at least?
