They do if the glaucoma has made you so blind that in order to see the computer screen, you have to put your face right on it.

I had a history teacher in high school that was an albino. Poor guy couldn't see EVEN with coke bottles. When he read--he held the paper no more than an inch from his face. I learned a LOT from him.
