Hey Cherries! It’s bitterly cold here too! Plus a strong wind! Our outside thermometer says it’s about  20 here but the weather app says it’s 12. The sun is very bright so that may be why the thermometer is so different. Either way this house got COLD last night!!! Our turbo heater’s propane tank was almost empty so it wasn’t putting out much heat. So the bedroom was only 50 when I woke up at 8:30!!’ It’s warmed up quite a bit in here but it’s still chilly. So I’m sitting in the bed with the electric blanket and a small heater blowing on my hands to keep them warm. Lol!!! Steve keeps asking me how people handle the -50 degree temps up north. I don’t know! I just don’t think I’d survive that kind of cold!!! Brrrrrr!!!!!!

So my plan is to get all the new challenges copied and get myself ready for the new team challenge. It’s supposed to stay below freezing until next week so I may have to bring some scrappy things to the bedroom so I won’t go crazy from boredom!!!

Hope you’re all having a good day!!! Stay safe and warm!!!

Geez Ginni I don't know how you tolerate that kind of cold in the house! Eeeeek! I would be a baby about it lol.
Steve is doing his level best to keep this place warm.  It's just so cold outside and this house is so unfinished that I can't fuss TOO much!  :)  I do let him know when I'm too cold but he's been stuffing wood into the stove and running the turbo blaster trying to keep it warm in here...  With this wind I don't think it would be any warmer in the cabin right now.  The wind is really strong and the cabin is drafty so I'm pushing to stay here as long as possible.  Today is supposed to be the coldest day so hopefully it will be better tomorrow.  :)
