Hola cherries! Been busy again this weekend. After groceries yesterday, my brother texted me asking if we had any plans because Draven woke up early and insisted he come over to see us. LOL. We were planning on doing our taxes after putting away groceries, so we made plans with them to come over anytime after 1pm. We ate breakfast, got our taxes done and while doing that, DH suggested we grill burgers or sometlhing if we were going to have them over around lunchtime. My brother and SIL were cool with that, so we defrosted some ground venison while we did our taxes. Once done, we ran to the grocery store for hamburger buns, some chips, and hot dogs/buns since we didn't think the boys' would want to eat a burger. Came home, and we both started tidying up around the house. They came over and the kiddos went straight towards the back yard to go see Uncle Rob. After about an hour, we all came inside except DH and my brother. My SIL and I got to catch up all while watching the boys. Li'l Anton is growing up so fast and he's talking more and more. And the other 3 are also doing good.

The burgers were amazing and the boys enjoyed the hot dogs. My SIL picked up a veggie tray on their way, so that was nice to have some healthly too. They left at 7 and boy were we exhausted! Relaxed with some TV until bedtime. Slept in this morning and I did laundry since I didn't do it yesterday. Afterwards, been in my room cleaning up, putting things away and DH helped me put my WRMKs Project Cart together. I also even got the latest ACOT done!



Hoping to get another layout done, or at least started.

So nice y'all had lunch with the boys! They certainly do grow way too fast!  
Your layout is awesome! AND congratulations on getting your taxes done- lol it's so MEAN that the government makes us do math!

Hey Cherries. I went to bed way too late last night watching the final two episodes of Yellowstone. I’m really tired so going to get some more sleep. After hitting 79 degrees yesterday we are back down in the 40s. And cloudy. I hope to scrap later today after getting some more sleep and hopefully shaking off the lazies.

Yellowstone is a good show, Barb! LOL I thought Omer and I had watched it all but now I'm thinking maybe not lol I'll have to catch up sometime!
I certainly understand the tired! The back and forth weather doesn't help!

It had a long hiatus from Jan 2023 to Nov 2024 I think due to the writers strike. Peacock had everything up until the last episode in Jan 2023 so that was as far as I was able to watch since I've been streaming it. I kept stalking Peacock until I saw last week the final episodes that started in Nov 2024 were finally posted. Been binging it the last few nights and last night I was determined to finish it.  

SUCH a good show! (The writer's strike hit a LOT of shows, too, didn't it?!) I'll have to check out Peacock and see if I'm caught or if I missed an episode. I honestly can't remember! LOL!
