Are you talking about rocket red? It can be found in one or two places, but way overpriced.
It's also available 'across the pond' in the dew drop and reinker from a site I've shopped before.

Why no reinkers and a name change on the manufacturers site?

The Japanese site still exists. I don't know what the deal was with changing the US site. I vaguely remember seeing it years ago. I wonder if it stopped selling well over here, particularly with the saturation of the ink market. Brilliance dew drops and reinkers are in the catalog on the Japanese site.
Like I said, they are available overseas.
