Sorry if this has been asked beofe ..but i am curious. what is so special about these markers that they costs so much $$ ?. I still have creative memories ones from 1997 ( along with a few newer colors ) THEY still work , but i see these copic markers everywhere , the first site i saw them on , i saw how expensive a set is so can someone enlighten me ???????

i'm curious about them too and from what i read about it, they're better in blending
the colors together and supposedly you can use it on any printed images... i think!

yeah...they really are fun and there are lots of tutprials on you tube...I have been playing around with mine, but need to play some more to get the hang of it....what I have found, is they do bleed through your paper, so I am not sure if I am using the right paper or not....

Copic markers are really cool. You can blend colors with them unlike regular markers. They can bleed through paper but they make a special paper that doesn't bleed as much. I would look on youtube for some how to videos and consider getting a few, they are fun!
