Scrappy TO DO List!!!

Since I have 2 little girls I decided to make 2 seperate books for each of them. I was having a hard time trying to remember what layouts I wanted to do or had already done so I created a spreadsheet in Excel. I listed the years and each event I wanted to scrap. So far I'm almost done with both of their albums for 2009. Just a few more layouts and then that year will be done. I'll then work on 2010 and so on. So far it's been working out great. I print it out periodically and pen through ones I've completed and write new ones and then edit the final document.

Yes, I have a poem about babies I've wanted to do for my kids, but I keep forgetting about it. Now I can't remember the poem. I printed it and it is in a box somewhere. Maybe I will dig it out this weekend and make the LO.

I keep a notebook of layouts and products used and pages that I want to do. I'm working on two now and then I'm caught up until all the birthdays next month.

Keep a journal of sketches/ideas by your computer and one in your purse.. I do keep sketch idea on a pad next to computer. if I see an idea or sketch I wanna try.

Yep-- I do this a lot!! In fact I have a list started somewhere that I will have to find to populate this space!! LOL:-D

I didn't get started with scrap booking until 2004 when I started collecting, and then didn't start my first layout until 2009. I still have most of my kids growing up years to scrap along with merlin, mazee and memphis.....

vacations, holidays, events (i.e. proms, dances, games, sports, first car, first job, etc)

UGH !!! This list is endless but this will help me ! Great idea, thanks!
