It's Sunday. What's on your plate for the day? I will be writing a 7 page paper and reading for a Business law class all day. All the while my scrapbook stuff sits right behind me untouched. *sigh*

My DS and DIL had a new baby 1 week ago, so today DH and I are taking up dinner to the "new daddy" and mama, and holding our newest grand daughter! Then DH has to work, so hoping to get in a little scrapping time.

We are still getting the house ready to list, so I have a few painting projects to do, cleaning, washing curtains, generally putting things back together. Hopefully there will be very little to do tomorrow morning and then the realtor will come and take pictures and it will be FOR SALE!!!

At least you can see your scrappy stuff! Mine is all packed up in boxes! Some of it is even at the new house already!!! I do have some new Thickers I can touch and sniff thanks to my awesome secret sister, but other than that I won't be playing with any scrappy stuff today either!

Since plans were canceled yesterday, I finished up all of my cleaning. So today is a free day for me. I plan to be in my scrappy room ALL day

Well it has been raining since I got up this morning. So I am on the computer here and working on some of the challenges. I don't really feel like going out in the rain so scrapping and laundry for me. I have a friend from work that scraps and she might come over. I have so much paper that I will never use and I offered her to help take some of it off my hands. She wasn't sure of plans since it is Father's Day though.

I will be putting up and re-sorting my scrappy supplies after a weekend crop at a friend's house. I'm hoping to start scanning my LOs and uploading them to the gallery.

Busy day for us today...we're hosting the annual summer family party at our house. In our small family, there are 7 birthdays & 4 anniversaries in the summer which is most of the family so instead of having a party for each, we had to group them all together and have a party on Father's Day. Usually we have a big theme (we've done a 50s party, a luau, Mardi Gras & a casino party) and do it up nice, but with DH's work schedule and our lack of funds, it's just going to be a very low key party where they can come swim at our house and then have dinner later. I hope it goes well and everyone has fun...it feels like such a letdown that we didn't do something nicer this year.

No serious plans for today, DH wants burgers for his day. Later in the evening will go visit my dad and bring icecream and sweets. I paln on scrapping a page for his gift today. I have been wanting to scrap for three days and seems house work keeps getting in the way!! Have a great day all!!

We just grilled steaks for DH and played wiffleball golf in the yard. Relaxing now.

I've got potatoes and eggs cooked for potato salad. Got dough started for rolls. Making Bud fried chicken for dinner. One of his favorite things.

Lets see, we went to church, then home and just hanging out. Celebrated Father's Day last night with hubby and in-laws. Now it's 2:30 so maybe I should do something productive. I need to finish up painting the back bathroom. I painted it yesterday morning and the kitchen the night before. My back it giving me grief about it too. Got to get the laundry done since dh is heading out of town tomorrow. Tonight my daugher has a swim party for a friends b-day. Hmmm, where has the day gone?
