Today is Ranger's birthday - he's a fictional character from Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum series (and if you haven't read those books then you should - starts with One For the Money). The author included a birthday reminder for Ranger in a recent newsletter and my sister decided we should celebrate. She ordered him a cake from Publix (Batman themed since it was always speculated by the other characters that he had a "Batcave" and was very much like Batman, lol) and we all dressed up in black shirts (that's the standard uniform for the people that work for him at his security firm). My mom took pictures of us (me, my sister, and her two daughters); we took a lot of pictures just to get the right ones. 
Then I made a digital layout and we sent it to the author. She sent us a note back letting us know she was going to post it on her Facebook page. And it's there now. 
If they ever make the movie I think someone like LL Cool J or Duane Johnson needs to play him...Yummy
