I'm partial to Balmoral, Chopin script, and joehand2 (got that from a free font site).

I also use The Font Thing to organize my fonts. It is a free program you can download from download.com and you can type in a sample sentence and see it in every font you have. You can also break your fonts down into categories like calligraphy, handwriting, block, etc.

I'm downloading this! I have hundreds of fonts (I've been doing cafepress t-shirts and whatnot for a while and got tons free) and it's such a PITA to find the 'right' one.
