 keep in mind...I didn;t glue anything down yet, so you can either go aheda and glue yours down now, or you can play around with your placement until you like the way it looks and then glue it down....

 oh, shoot, I got carried away with printing off photos, everything from last spring, this past winter, to this spring lol I've caught up on the thread and I must say you do make it sound so easy. That's gotta mean that you are great at breaking this down into simple steps and teaching it with great photos! Way to go!!

the border you added was it prepunched, or did you scallop it and punch it yourself?  if so what did you use?
