if you need to translate EST to your own schedule, then check out this Official Time Zone Clock......

I've always been curious ... does the military use only one time zone? If so which one? I can't imagine coordinating Iraq and Afghanistan and US operations all at once if it were in different time zones ...Stephen

Okay - I'm checking to see what time shows up when I post this message. I'm 9 hours ahead of EST.............according to my computer, it's 3:18 pm, so that means it's 6:18 am on the east coast.
