What about the enamel dots or brads we had set aside to use with this challenge?

save them for step 4

I used 3 strips of papers: yellow ruler pp, navy pp, red brick pp and adhered them to the top
cut out a triangle and adhered that to my first photo as a photo corner (top left)
matted my photos in the navy pp

With one of the papers I cut to use as panels under my photos.  One paper I die cut the dragonflies, all one piece.  One, the polka dots, I cut into three rectangle pieces and layered under the photo panels and dragonflies. The fourth I just layered a piece under the dragonfly piece.  I can't wait to see how we use the rest of our stuff!  I am really liking this challenge.

I plan to mat my photo with my solid paper in my kit.  I also want to do the patterned papers as well.  Would that be okay using the same paper?

I made four fish tail banners out of three different patterned papers (also my journaling spot was made out of the same green paper as one the banners. I fussy cut the flower and leaves out of the fourth piece of paper.

DO you mean double matting them? That would be fine as long as you only use those 4 papers.

I'm not going to make you change it because it's all adhered together, but fishtail flags are not rectangles. 😏

This was fun! 4 rectangles cut from the papers and a journal tag. I did add some paper to the journal tag so it could be read. Punched a circle.

I didn't remember there were 4 steps to this challenge. I used the other things I had set aside already. If that knocks me out then that's okay...I still had fun. I can add if needed though.

I want to mat my photo and the three patterned paper cuts with my fourth solid paper.  No double matting.  Just using my 4th paper to mat with.

I cut three rectangles out of three of my papers. Two of them are behind the photo and the third one is a very thin strip that runs across the page behind the others. I die cut the triangle out of my fourth paper. I wanted to journal but all the papers I chose were too busy to journal on, so I journaled right on my background paper, as it is pretty much set up for journaling with the lines on it. Hope that was ok.

Here is mine so far! Can't wait for step 4!

Well I saw the update about rectangles and cut the slanted bits off my layout before calling the Uber to go to surgery. Now I don't know how to add a picture here on my phone, erg....?

Okay I can't figure this out from my phone. I uploaded the fixed bit pic to my gallery and made that one not private if you can check it out. I'm sorry I can't figure this out but at least it's been giving me something to focus on instead of the surgery 🤣🤣🤣

***Okay I am home on the computer now LOL!
