Thank you for hosting this fun challenge! I've never made my own background paper before and I love how the star stencil "patterned paper" turned out

Here is my entry
For my design I stenciled the wire to match the faint print on paper, then I made several quilt style blocks using scrap papers.

I used several star stamps to create the background with white ink and Lunar Paste Slippery When Wet for a few stars and moon.
