size=100]Music Challenge[/u][/size] Music IS and has ALWAYS been a huge part of my life. Lyrics play into many of the songs that I have listened to over my life. It is interesting how important those song lyrics are and singing along with them. I also have seen how the meaning of the songs can change over time. Not really the meaning that the song writers have in mind- LOL- I have always took the lyrics in what they mean to me, and are relevant to my life…. So this challenge is to use a song that has had meaning in your life and incorporate it into a layout. For this challenge example, I used photos of a sunset and I used a song title as the title for this layout… sometimes I use the lyrics on my layouts ( lots of those in my gallery). We need to at least know the title to the song if you used only lyrics…
A randomly chosen winner winner will receive the Lawn Fawn Bundle generously provided by Lawn Fawn. Rules:-Post layout in the gallery and on this thread.-NO COMBINING with any other NSD or MB Challenges except for the 25 Item Challenge and the 2022 Lovin' It Challenge.-Due date will be Monday, May 16 at 11:59 PM!

Stunning LO, Sue! Wowzers! I'll have to think about this one for a bit.
I can't imagine what our days would be like without music. Songs are always popping into our everyday encounters, are they not? Someone will say something and someone else will sing a bit of a song it reminded them of.
I certainly have one that always comes to mind when I think about the first time I saw my daughter. Bet you can guess that one, Sue!
I will have to find a photo of that birth and use this as a title.

Sue- I LOVE your LO! I ALSO have songs that mean things to me, and have been known to have lyrics in my art journaling, so yes, sometimes lyrics will find a home in my scrapbooks, too!
What a beautiful, mesmerizing layout! I really love the photo too.
Awesome! So many song challenges this year, I love it!

thank you so much!!! Yes sometimes I have a song that I am just hanging on to --- singing the lyrics at the top of my lungs --and they get me through...

HA ! They are wonderful, I love that my daughter grew up listening to them with me and she loves them all on her own. We went to Chicago and saw them on the annivesary Joshua Tree tour in 2017...that was an awesome show

The song Tradition from Fiddler on Roof has meaning to me. My family has roots in the same town where it was based and I think my Dad sort of envisioned himself as Tevye, updated by few years. Here's my layout based on that song:
