Step 3...this is so interesting!
I double matted both photos with white and pink and used white on the chipboard stickers...I might end up making those stickers thinner by taking some layers off the back of them.

Are we able to crop the photos before matting? Or did that need to be done in the assembly of the kit? Just want to make sure I'm not breaking a rule if I cut them down. Thanks!trainmom wrote: ↑Sun May 08, 2022 3:24 pmYou should have put together a kit in Step 1 which can be found here: viewtopic.php?f=358&t=272594
You should have also completed Step 2, which can be found here: viewtopic.php?f=358&t=272645

For this step, you will use your photos, cardstock, and stickers that you put in your kit. There are 2 parts to this step.
1. Using the cardstock, you must mat all your photos. you can single, double, or even triple mat them.
2. Using at least 3 stickers and some of your remaining cardstock, stick the stickers to the cardstock and trim them (or fussy cut them) so your stickers are essentially matted and can be used like ephemera. (note that you will have an opportunity to use more stickers in in step 4 but it will not be required)
Take a photo(s) of matted photos and stickers, upload the image to the ACOT gallery and link them into this thread.
Here are my examples:
I matted 7 stickers, you may do as many as you want, but you only need to do at least 3)
Post your image to his thread by May 10 at 4pm eastern time for an extra entry into the draw. Otherwise, post your image to this thread before you do step 4.

Good question. I think its fine to crop the photos before matting. I'll put that in the first post.

I am so glad I picked easy stickers to fussy cut because with my eyes plus being late when I did this I was having a hard time seeing straight.
