Kayla S. was first to say we are "smoking meat."    We are smoking pork shoulder to make pulled pork for Mother's Day...it might be 10 pm when we get to pull it off the smoker and shred it. LOL  Low and slow...

So, my DH and I are doing something today that we generally only do in warmer weather.  It is something that we had to start around 7 am this morning.  It will be happening all day. Any guesses?  50 points to the first person who guesses correctly!

Washing and putting away winter blankets & linens.

This is what I desperately want to do but it's been so cold still. I want to put away the flannel sheets but it's still chilly at night. Our linens go quickly from lumberjack's cabin to English rose garden LOL!!! There is no in-between haha!
