I decided to play around with my sewing machine to stitch some of the stems and leaves and I love how it turned out! Now it makes me want to sew on all my layouts!  😂

This was a challenge for me to use flowers, after scrapping for 2 boys.  The Protea flower stamp flowers have stems and leaves.  The die cut flowers represent another South African flower that resembles a white daisy with a purple center, Dimorphotheca pluvialis. Thanks!

I used dies for all my flowers, stems and leaves.    It was time consuming but I really love how it turned out rather than just using bought flowers (which is what I normally do).  Thanks for the push in that direction.

My two types of flowers are fussy-cut flowers, and punched flowers. My stems are from a die cut overlay, and I have both fussy cut and die cut leaves in the mix.

Here is mine. I punched 10 flowers and 4 leaves with stems, used 4 flower stickers (some with multiple flowers & stems/leaves), and I doodled some stems.

Here's mine. I used die cuts and stickers.

This is one of my favorite photos. Thanks for motivating me to FINALLY scrap it!

Louise, I wanted to be certain I am not reading wrong.  Your challenge for flowers was not due tonight but last night?

My Concast Wifi is out and I had to come to Starbucks to write to you.

Just wanted to make sure in case I am not too late.  It has been a week and a half of one thing wrong after another...will explain later to the group.

Thank you.
Have a lovely day.
