Hi friends!

I hope you'll join our Design Team YouTube hop today - as there are some awesome prizes. Each design team member is also hosting a challenge with their video! My challenge is to use chevrons on a page! I feel like chevrons are making a comeback lately, and I love using them on my layouts.



Here is the layout I created for the hop and this challenge.
I challenge you to create a new layout, not combined with any other challenges and use chevrons on your page.
There is a challenge album for this contest. When you upload your project to the gallery, just make sure to add it to that album! Easy as Cherry Pie.
Please also upload your layout here for all to see!
Entries close for this challenge on May 10th.

Gorgeous! I love chevrons!! I have a stitching template that has chevrons on it - I should work that into a layout!

Hooray for chevrons returning to the scene...Lord knows I have plenty of them in my stash. Love the examples! Ways I don't always think of myself, but I will be trying them now.

I've actually never used chevrons on a layout before! I love how Natalie used them so I figured I'd give this challenge a try. I used a large chevron stencil over the background with some light green ink, then used this wood die from P13.

Go to the Inspiration link, then down to the gallery.
From there upload to your gallery. When you upload, the last option will be to submit to challenges, so you can pick the box for the album called Chevron explosion.
Also, once, you submit, view your gallery post, right click and choose "copy image address."
Then come post here in this thread and choose the little photo with a plus sign at the tool bar  - put your copied link into the box when that pops up, and your gallery layout will be here in this thread to post!
