I started searching for product online when scrapbook stores started closing... i loved the service i found at ACOT - and even more, i'm originally from Michigan so it felt good to support a hometown business.
I don't remember exactly how I found ACOT, but it was NSD 2009. That was my first online NSD and I loved it so much, I never left.

About a year after I started scrapping I was visitng inlaws in Utah. We watched a SB show local to their area showing some foil product that I really wanted. So my sister in law and I surfed the web looking for it. I found ACOT but of course then it was Stickers Galore It was either 1999 or 2000. I have been here every since. I even stayed through the amazing drama that occasionally erupted on here. It was better than a soap opera!! And I have met a lot of the original stick gals around the country on my travels too. Three of the ones I met are still my very close friends and we have visited one another across the country IRL.

I found Stickers Galore in 2001, when doing a random search for scrapbooking supplies.

Looks like I have been on ordering from ACOT since 2013. A scrappy friend recommended this site to me when I was looking for some G-45 paper that I could not get locally. Been a happy customer ever since.
I have been here since 2008 and if I remember correctly I was googling something and a cherry on top popped up and out of curiosity I clicked on it and it was a scrapbooking store. I had just started scrapping again and was thrilled to find a online store. Been here ever since.
I shopped at stickers galore many years ago. Then I responded to an email for articles. Joined the board but didn't post anything until recently, over 10 years later.

I found ACOT about the time Two Peas in a Bucket closed. I loved their forum and challenges and needed to find a new scrappy home.
That would be me, Carissa! I found ACOT through a friend, as well, many years ago. Like Karen said, we became “regulars” here when our LSS closed down, its nice to have a network of people that enjoy.....and understand ......our hobby.DolphinSoul wrote:Oh please do tell WHO!!!!seastar wrote:Our local scrapbook store closed and my friend found Acot to be able to shop and do challenges and share what we love to do with other scrapbookers
I thank her a lot for finding ACOT. She is now one of the hostesses for one of the monthly challenges.

I think I found it when the Creating Keepsakes site closed down and a bunch of us migrated here? I can't remember when that was though. Or maybe it was when Lifetime Moments closed down? I hope ACOT never closes down!!!
Happy Scrapping!

Do you all remember "lifetime moments"? It was another online shop & message board. They had monthly challenges and I was hooked! The owner decided to close in 2009. So I had bought a few things here over the years...one time it must've been around Easter because I remember coming across Easter eggs in the store! I started posting here in January of 2010 & never left!

An online search for "ladybug stickers" in 2002 led me to Stickers Galore.
OCD is not an adjective. It is not a personality quirk. It is not synonymous with being organized. It is a complex and debilitating mental health illness that affects people of all ages and walks of life, and is defined by the presence of unwanted, intrusive thoughts and repetitive actions. I am an OCD warrior and I fight for my son.
Oh the drama...I do remember... crazy when all that went down. I was always around just life gets in the way but always know this is my 'home' board to come back to!Charleneanne wrote:About a year after I started scrapping I was visitng inlaws in Utah. I also started way back when it was Stickerd Galore. I didn’t have a “good” local scrapbook store and wanted to be able to buy newer things when they came out instead of having to wait until I could drive to the bigger stores that were about 2 hours away!
