NSD CROP BINGO!

Hello and welcome all! NSD is right around the corner, and I’m getting ready for the game for my hour. Who doesn’t love a good game of Bingo?! So I’ve gathered together a great list for Bingo for us to play with and kick off the NSD Crop! There are tons of items one can use to play Bingo. In the spirit of Spring and hearing songbirds again after a quiet Winter’s nap, I have collected together a list of Birds of North America (http://www.birds-of-north-america.net/l ... birds.html). This list is in no way exhaustive, since the original table of every type and species of bird is a 47-page document!! Whew! So what I’ve done is selected the primary type of bird by category and even then I had to edit the list down, since there are over 250 various categories of birds in North America. And since this is a 1 hour Bingo, shorter is better!!

Here is a list of 125 types of birds of North America. Please choose 25 of these birds to make your Bingo card. We will only be playing for Blackout as we typically do for Crop Bingo games, so making a 5x5 grid is not necessary.

PM me your list no later than 6 am EST (5am central) the morning of the crop, May 3rd. Anyone who submits their word list into me after this time will not be eligible to play. You have plenty of time to get your list done, so no exceptions! This game will start 10 am EST (9am central) per NSD times and rules specified by ACOT. Words will be called at random, a few at a time, until one lucky lady gets Blackout!! This game will be over by the end of the hour, so it definitely is a fast-paced game and you will need to pay attention and keep your browser refreshed! Winner will receive 500 points!! Everyone who plays along will win something, with random sprinklings along the way, so come join in on the fun. Be there or be square!!

I'll try to play. I will be going to a funeral at 10am (central), and will need to have my food there at 9:30 for the lunch afterward. Guess I'll take my Kindle and sneak into the restroom! Lol.

Oh, that didn't sound nice. I meant I'd check in after I drop my food off in the kitchen and before the funeral starts. I'll turn it off at 9:45, even if I miss words . . .

Will the numbers be important? I put my list on a word document and I just noticed as I'm deleting the birds that I don't want to be my "25" the numbers are reassigning themselves in numerical order.
