I'm currently cooking a couple of chicken breasts that DH will shred and put some taco seasoning and we'll have soft tacos. (I'm really wishing I hadn't started a diet this week...I would LOVE some take out or chinese food and lots of sweets to snack on... )

Well, I'm at work and didn't take lunch except to zip home and pick up DD cause she needs the car this afternoon. Boss and I are working through lunch on a project and hopefully leaving early.


I had some wheat thins (sundried tomato & basil) in my desk and boss lives next door and went over and got some cheddar cheese for me . . .that was lunch.



Dinner will be halibut olympia made with some fresh halibut someone gave me yesterday. YUMMMMM... and easy to fix.

I'm hiding out in my bedroom. My oldest came up a little while ago and said "what's for dinner mom?" My response "Whatever you can find in the fridge" We've got leftover grilled chicken and red skin potatoes. That should suffice!

Well, we have been shopping for school clothes all day (since about 9am) and just got home. We had lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings, yum! Now I am ready to scrap, not sure what everyone else is going to eat, theres plenty of food in the fridge and take-out menus in the drawer...lol

I did my grocery shopping a little earlier today and I picked up a tub of shredded chicken in BBQ sauce which DH loves. Just heat it in the M/W and put on bread of your choice. we have leftover French rolls and bread from the shower Sunday which I froze then and put out today. Fresh picked tomatoes and cucumbers from the garden already sliced and marinating in vinegar/oil. Thats it and plenty for summer time. lol

Pizza delivered here!!! I rarely cook on Friday's anyway, but FOR SURE not cooking tonight! I* did forget some snacks though and I'm actually a bit hungry right now!
