We really didn't need one but the one we have, we garbage picked about 6 years ago(paid 15 dollars for a new belt and worked just fine).....but we ran into a great deal for a front loading Maytag washer and dryer for 675.00! Could not pass that up. So now I am back and can get my laundry done and hopefully a bunch of scrapping!

wow awesome deal, my set is 6 years old soon and I have been thinking of getting a new one- but mine is a HUGE capacity and I would have to spend a ton to get a new one that was comparable. I hope I can run into a deal like that!

That is a great deal!

You will love the new set. Caution...don't put chenille rugs with no backing through these...it eats them and clogs everything. Don't put rugs with backing through them and things that have spaghetti straps and the like, wash in a mesh bag. These machines are so high powered that I have had my tank top straps get caught in there and ripped right off. I love my new set though and I can definately tell a difference in how clean things are.

Washers and dryers are like bras--the "front-loaders" are the BEST!!!
Definitely cleaner clothes and the HE dryer works so fast sometimes I find myself talking to it when it buzzes--"Oh, no you CAN NOT be dry already!!" and I'm always wrong!!
