A few years back, my youngest ds bought me a really nice camera.  It was special because he put alot of thought into that gift knowing how much I love to take pictures

I don't think I ever had a mum for homecoming but I did have some kind of flower.

The best present I ever received was a weekend to myself, my parents took my boys for the whole weekend.

forgot to answer the question for #2: yup, I wore one of those big mums!

no. 3: When I was about 10 my aunt, who lived out of state but came for a visit and I happened to have my birthday while she was in town, took me to a big  department store and bought me a ruby ring (July birthday) for an exorbitant $5!! (okay, so my age is showing) I thought that was just the greatest thing!!

 Best present was a portrait my brother in law painted of my then 5 year old daughter from the prior Christmas - it is gorgeous -he was going to paint my son the following year but he himself became a dad and well you know the rest - kind of a joke that she is my fav because of the picture - I suppose it helped that she was born on his birthday
