I'm afraid not Kim.  The card cover template measures exactly at 3.13in x 3.81in

For the cards and cover (and the rest of my hybrid projects) I use photo matte paper, it prints beautifully for me!  For the envelopes I use regular printer paper (less bulky), still prints wonderfully.  For my Card\Box\Envelope Template Set I use photo matte paper for the box (pretty sturdy to keep the cards and envelopes in).
