The Cherry Rank is just a fun little name you get under your user name that shows how many posts you've made to the board. 

You can click on "Board Index" at the top left corner to see the different forums.  Most people post in General or in Scrapbooking but you can introduce yourself in the forum for new members: Cherry Blossoms.
