Black Friday Giveaway!

I’m English so I don’t really celebrate the big American holiday. Apart from eating turkey, lol. My favourite thing is Black Friday and Cyber Monday so I can stock up on craft supplies for me and any Christmas gifts I still haven’t bought.

oh my favorite would be the relaxing day we spend together.  Typically we watch the Macy's Day parade in pj's, my husband handles most of the cooking for the day, and then dinner with family followed by games.

My favorite thing about Thanksgiving is my salvation, but that's everyday.  And my family. I usually get to see my grandchildren.  Not every year but so happy for the years that I do get to see them.

My favorite part of Thanksgiving is the craziness in the kitchen. Everyone crowded in, the smells etc. It reminds me so much of being a kid and watching my aunts and grandma in the kitchen. I miss that, so now its my favorite part!

I love the meal I fix for my family, and especially the recipe for the garnet yams that I have fixed every year since I first tried it! That was probably back in 1982! It is a hit with everyone who tries it!

Thing I like about thanksgiving is, even though I’m British and it’s not a thing we celebrate, my husbands American family welcomed me with open arms. So thankful.

My family lives in another Town so my favorite thing about Thanksgiving is everyone in Family get together. We have a very large family aprox 20 people). So when we all get together it’s loud, it crazy, and it makes my heart so happy!

I love having my family together even if we don’t celebrate on the exact holiday. With everyone’s schedules (my kids and their spouses are first responders) it’s not easy to find a time when everyone is off work. This year we’re having Thanksgiving on Friday so that everyone can be here.
