i am posting this early because that works better with my schedule, but please remember that this is for February and there are still a few days left to play in January; the stash list and teams won't go into effect until the 1st. also note, i am bringing back "any project counts for points" like we did in December. this means that you can earn points on anything you make, regardless if it is for a challenge here at ACOT.

Earning Points: (each item worth one point)
- doing any ACOT challenge--if combining challenges, count each as a separate point
- posting your project to the ACOT gallery
- 1 point for each item used from the Stash List--maximum 10 points available per project
- 1 point for any project not related to an ACOT challenge (i.e. challenges from other groups, Valentine's Day cards or decor, just for fun projects, etc. if you make multiples, such as cards or bag toppers for a Valentine party, count points for each one. any questions, please ask!)
FEB stash list, provided by the lovely Monroe1218/Rebecca*
1. A company that is no longer around (examples: October Afternoon, Basic Grey, Jenni Bowlin, Making Memories)
2. A Valentine icon (hearts, XOXO, kiss/lips, Cupid, arrows, etc.)
3. pastel colors - like those chalky conversation heart candies
4. An animal embellishment or paper - but not a cat or dog, in honor of Groundhog Day
5. sequins
6. rotary stamp/date stamp ( see example below)
7. buttons, brads, eyelets
8. black and white striped item (in honor of the referee's at the Super Bowl)
9. an edge punch or corner punch (not a corner rounder)
10. something textured - think corrugated paper, mulberry paper, fabric, etc.
*remember this list doesn't count until February 1st
Rules:
- NO DOUBLE DIPPING! each item on the stash list counts for its own point.
- everyone is responsible for keeping track of their own points and reporting them to their captain in a timely fashion at the end of the month
- *ONE stash list substitution per project is allowed. Must be a comparable substitute and you must list what you used--if you have questions about what a comparable sub might be, please ask. you can't just count a point for something else, it must make sense.
- HAVE FUN!!
