October progressive challenge Step 3 CLOSED
You should have completed step 2 before doing this step.

For this step:
  • Optional - you may add mist or splatters to your page
  • Adhere all your photos to the page
  • Add a title using only: (1) items that are not paper OR (2) paper from the scraps you saved from the previous step OR (3) a combination of the first 2 (items that are not paper and your scraps)
Here is my example:
I did not add optional mist or splatters
My title is made from thickers and blue letters that feel like the thickers (both feel more like plastic than paper so they are fine) and the smaller letters are die-cut from my scraps (so I did option (3) which is a combination of both)

Rules:
  1. Do not edit your post. If you make a mistake just post again.
  2. Do  not add anything else
  3. You will have the opportunity to combine with other challenges at step 4.
  4. If you have any questions, ask in this thread. Chances are if you have a question, someone else has the same question. If I do not respond within 24 hours, or if you need the answer sooner, then send me a PM.
  5. Post your photos to this thread by next Tuesday October 22 before I post the next step in the morning.

Re: October progressive challenge Step 3
question - if there is a title card in your scraps would that count? Or would it be sorta cheating? LOL

Thanks! Not certain that’s what I’ll do but while figuring out my picture placement I wanted to know my options

Re: October progressive challenge Step 3
Here's my step 3.

I adhered my photos and used a cut-apart card for my title "We're going places". The card is actually a scrap from the reverse side of the dark blue pattern paper scrap I used.

Excited for step 4. My timeline to do it will be VERY short since I leave on Wednesday for a cruise!!

Re: October progressive challenge Step 3
I adhered my photo.  I chose option of not paper for my title: it is a (Jollie's) sticker, kind of soft foam and glittery.  no splatters.

Here is mine. There were already some ink splatters on my patterned paper, so I chose to add glitter splatters (think Stickles).  My title is made from Dymo letters (plastic) and stamped letters.

My title is Elle Studios puffy letters "Scrapbooking with Cathy". My mini title is Cosmo Cricket Tiny Type that is coated navy blue and white (I guarantee NOT paper, because the paper backing kept coming off the dang letters!!) and says "west Hanover Rec Board"
There's no additional misting, etc.
