ACOT Message Board

This has been a popular option in the past, so I thought it was time to do it again. 

For August, instead of using letters, we're going to use numbers. For my sample I used 49 and Market.  For the TWIST, you must use additional items using the number.  I wouldn't expect anyone to use 49 enamel dots on their layout.  So instead, you would use 4 of something and 9 of something.  If you use Graphic 45 you would use 4 of something and 5 of something or P13 you would use 1 of something and 3 of something, etc.  Items could include embellishments, title, papers, etc.

NOTE:  If you have an alpha you would like me to use, please let me know

To keep things easier, I am limiting the Manufacturer and the added item to one per entry.  You can of course, use more than one but I will only count one for each submission.

Please list the number manufacturer and the additional items you are using. We should be able to clearly see the product(s) that you do use for this challenge! I will pick a random winner to receive a $5 ACOT gift certificate.

Must be a new layout/card or altered project.
Limit to five entries.
Must post to the gallery by 08/31/2024 at midnight and also post to this thread.
You may combine with one other August monthly challenge if allowed by that challenge.  

For my sample I used 49 and Market.  For my items, I used 4 wordy hexagons and 9 enamel dots. I'm also using the August 1st Sketch from Sketch N Scrap.  It's a great sketch and I hope you come play along.

Nooooooooo! I don't have any P13, Graphic 45, or 49 and Market! Are there any other brands with numbers? Might have to sit this one out!

There’s some older brands, 7 gypsies, 3 bugs in a rug and 2Daisies.

I’ve also seen a newer brand called 3Quarter designs. I haven’t bought any, so I don’t know about quality etc.

there's also Concord & 9th, although i think they're mostly stamps/dies.  looks like you need to go shopping Leslie!  spend some of that money you haven't earned yet!

Fun Challenge!  I'll have to search out my 49 & Market and Graphic 45.

Has Want2Scrap and Dare-2B-artzy been mentioned? 
 

Here is mine. Everything is from 49 and Market. I used 4 strips of paper and 9 embellishments including the rub on butterflies, (the wordy bit is matted on top of a tab). My mom was 91 in these photos. She is currently 93 and still smiling. I also combined this with Pick a Wacky Holiday challenge.
