Wow! I just love seeing what everyone comes up with using logo colors and designs for inspiration! Everything submitted here was so amazing! It was so awesome seeing how you were all inspired and what you came up with! Thanks so much to everyone that played along! I love everything you all did!

An interesting factoid… the logo most used was the Green Mountain Coffee logo with 5 Cherries using that logo for inspiration!

Time for my 4th annual Summer Graphic Design Logo Challenge! It's fun and it's simple for the busy days of summer. The challenge is to choose one of these logos and use those colors for your layout. Your layout must only contain the colors in the logo you choose, except that you may add black, white, gray, and/or cream. Other than that you must only use the colors in your chosen logo. Please let us know which logo you chose.

As an added bonus if you use any aspect of the logo itself besides the colors, I will enter your submission twice. Some examples would be if your chosen logo has an oval shape and you use ovals, or if your chosen logo has an animal in it and you use an animal, or if it has arrows in the logo and you use arrows… you get the idea. Keep in mind that in order to get the bonus submission you must use something from the same logo that you chose for your colors! No mixing of logos.

This seems to be a summer favorite so I hope you all have fun with this. I like to keep it simple in the summer.

Open to paper, digi, hybrid, cards, crafts, or whatever this inspires you to create.

There are so many logos to choose from so there is no limit to the amount of submissions, as long as each submission uses a different logo. 

Bonus entry if you use some aspect of the logo itself as long as it is from the same logo AND you let us know what aspect of it inspired you.

You may combine with one other challenge that allows combining.

This will run through the end of August. Post your submission to this thread by midnight (whenever midnight is for you) August 31st. A random winner of all participants will receive a $5 ACOT GC from me!

Here is my layout and I hope to do more of them! For this one I used the Fresh Pet logo colors of dark green, light green and yellow, adding some black and white. And the aspect of my logo that I used for inspiration was the sun and the word pet.

Here is my submission based on the above logo.

Here is my first! I used the Boston Market logo. For the BONUS I used the oval shape on the layout!

I used blue, navy, orange, and white from Blue Diamond Almonds and I also used pp with diamond shapes to mimic the diamond on the logo!

Here is mine using "Fresh Pet". 2 shades of green, used both sides of the G45 paper. Yellow, from which I also punched circles to make the sun in the logo (Bonus).  Used black and cream as additional colors.

Finally figured out one with the right colors!!

I chose inspiration from the Dole Logo using red, white, blue, and yellow. For the Bonus, I used the fireworks like in the Dole sunburst.  


I combined with the Color and Shape Challenge.
