Hi cherries!  Sorry for the delay in posting the October Use Your Stash challenge - but the message board changes had me a little confused - so now that we are back to normal (or pretty close) - I'm posting this month's challenge!

For this month - I want you to find something that you have had in your stash for a LONG time.... one of those things that you just HAD to have, but it's still sitting in the package.  Whether it's because you have been "saving" it for the perfect layout, you forgot about it.... I want you to use it! 

Along with that, I would like you to use the color orange (it's October!!! Halloween!!!) a tag of some sort (can be premade, something you make...) and at least 2 patterned papers!

You may combine this challenge with one other challenge that allows
Layouts or cards accepted for this challenge
Open to paper, digi or hybrid scrappers
Entries must be posted to this thread by October 31 @ 1159pm EST
Multiple entries are allowed - since this is all about stash busting, there won't be a limit on the number of entries....
A $5 ACOT gift card will be awarded randomly to one participant

Sounds great!! I have quite a bit of stash “I had to have...” and Old stash to use ! Love orange & October !, I’m in for sure !
update.
Here is my sumission. The background paper is Anna Griffin 2010, Lots of Orange, 2 orange tags and a doodlebug design inc. doodle-pop Bat still in the package since 2011, and 2 pattern papers, background and the dots. Random embellishments from 2008 to 2013.

I found this package of new borders in the stash, loved loved them, and I know have had it for a long time. 

so used a few of them, lifted Oct  GD Meli's page Harvest for the Scraplift the GD challenge, and made this page

the little pick a pumpkin card is also old - October Afternoon.  You can see I have used orange paper, with 2 other patterned papers, and took 2 little tags to make into a horse ribbon of sorts with the Happy Halloween circle.

One from me.
I used 2 different orange cardstock
and 3 PP
I made a tag with some super old clear stickers.
My old stash is the music paper which I just rediscovered. It's a really old 7 gypsies paper. As are those kid clear stickers.

My oldest item is the MME "LUSH" background paper. I have 2 pattern papers, a tag (sticker) and alphas/background paper/stickers have some orange in them.

For the Use Your Stash Challenge I got a little carried away. I used Jillibean Soup mini placemats(title), WRMK pearly posh 6*6 acetate pad(matted left side of photo) and bo bunny back to basics chocolate journal paper(photo mat). I also used orange, tag and 2+ pattern papers.

I used an orange BG & 2 different pps from DCWV. My tag reminded me of a coffin and is from Paper Loft. The rest are old stash finds and a dripping goo border made with a punch I got over 10 years ago.

here is mine - lots of orange, the journaling is on the tag on the bottom right, and lots of patterns lol. The "hoarded thing" would prob be the stickers. October Afternoon 2012 (Witch Hazel) and the pumpkin faces...who knows how old they are LOL!
