As a kid to me March meant winter almost over, spring almost here and the WIND was going to blow.  So of course when I think of March, I think of Kites.  All the neighbor kids would fly their kites in the field near our house.  Back in the 50's there wasn't lots of traffic, or overhead wires in the part of the county I lived in.   And all these years later, though I dont fly kites anymore, I still LOVE the wind.  So this months challenge is going to be about the wind and movement.  I have even done some stuff out of my own wheelhouse so it is a challenge for me too.  lol
On the first one I stamped my "wind" and made a paperdoll whose skirt appears to be blowing up a little showing her slip.
On the 2nd one, I drew in flower stems bending before the wind and added sticker flowers, and then doodled in the wind around the flowers.  ( I am not much of a doodler, but I did try)
On the 3rd one, I made a kite with a long tail and then (tried) to paint in swooshes more or less to indicate the wind.  I am poor with paint and spray mist etc.   The paint I used is perfect pearls and shiny and pretty in person. 



   

MUST HAVES:
Some type of motion/wind     ie  stamping, doodling, painting, whatever looks like the wind to you.
BONUS

Love your ideas for this month. I love to fly kites, too. When the kids try, I'm the one who helps them ... DH can't even beat me on that! Lol.

THE ONLY THING I DON'T LIKE IS YOUR EXCUSES!!!  OMG - your cards are lovely, and no they aren't "tried to" or "attempted" - they are lovely!!  I actually have been hoarded a die cut of a cloud BLOWING - lol - maybe I can work a card into this this month!!  Thanks !!!

so fun for spring! spring for me is umbrellas and rain, lol. Wait, is rainfall considered movement?  

I love the idea for using motion as the wind.  We have a kite flying day in the park behind my house every March, so I totally get this challenge.

Yes of course.  I can see it now.  A roof corner with rain dripping but not down cause the wind is blowing so the rain drops are spraying out.  lol   Or a person hanging on to their umbrella tightly and it is inside out like it does in a strong wind.  lol     Lots of rain and wind ideas.   And perhaps rain is better than mud season in the midwest.  hahaha

I just love that pp you used on the kite.  And your swirl is perfect for the wind.

This is so spring.  Love your kite and the stitched wind.  Kite tail is awfully cute too.
