I have chosen "Cook Something Bold and Pungent" Day. I do NOT like peppers; just the smell is yuck!! The house always stinks after cooking them, so my son who loves them gets 1 "pepper dish" of his choosing on his birthday. I have also submitted this for the TT#4 challenge.
