I did the last row down, some shade of blue, stripes is the little sailboat tag at the top of the right hand corner, sparkle/bling i put sequins on the bottom of the left corner and the letters in the titles.

Love all the blues and the great, sparkly title!  Perfect little sprinkles for those great pics!

Such a fun, summer layout!  I love the colors!

I did the top row, red, white, and blue for this challenge, and combined this layout with the Pick-a-Day challenge.

I like the design and how you have the bottom photos matted on blue, and the middle photos matted on red!

Here is my take on your challenge.   I scrapped, first time in months!  
for a kindergarten album using my god grandchild's teacher's note from the class (2012-13)  Finally got these in an album for his mom.

I used red, free space and bling.
