Here is my entry, combined with this month's Pets challenge.

• Something Old: The Play Time frame frame in the upper left. The brand has been lost to time.
  
• Something New: Simple Stories Enamel Dots, (They're newish to me at least.)
  
• Something Blue:Lots of things, but the washi cat stickers by the title and the balloon in the upper right corner specifically.
  
• The Word Love: White journaling stickers the left of the Sweet Moments tab.
