Are worms bugs??? (like a bookworm LOL)

Also if the bird or bug etc is on the patterned paper, does that count, or does it have to be an embellishment? I'm probably overthinking this LOL (DD is always telling me things "aren't that deep")

It needs to be an embellishment.  I would say earthworms are not bugs, but caterpillars are, since they turn into moths/butterflies.
