March 2017 Foodie Challenge **UPDATED WITH WINNERS**
Last month, Rozebud cooked up a great concoction to kick off our new Foodie Challenge. This month, I’ve got something brewing that is equally as delicious.

Congratulations to our March winners, as chosen by random.org - #15: JillinIN wins the $5 gift card, and #13: blbabe1234 wins the RAK!

For the month of St. Patrick’s Day, our ingredients are Corned Beef and Cabbage.

Recipe:
4 pieces of “cornered” beef: Include 4 photo corners anywhere on your page. They can be on the photos, on the corners of the background page, or even as an accent on a layered piece of patterned paper.
Add in a side of green: Green cabbage adds some color to an otherwise bland meal, so include the color green anywhere on your layout.
Wrap before serving: Since corned beef is typically sold wrapped in baker’s twine, include some kind of string on your layout. It can be twine, ribbon, yarn, thread, or even washi tape!

What's for Dessert?: Bonus entry if the theme of your page is St. Patrick’s Day!

Sounds like fun!  and so creative! Last month, with inspiration from the challenges I was able to do a several "love" layouts, as well as a Groundhog Day and a Mardi Gras layout, so I'm hoping to pull out the themed holiday papers for March too!

OMG so creative!  And I cannot wait for St. Patty's Day, corned beef, cabbage and green potatoes!

Question, for the  "cornered" part, can we use a corner rounder?

Look how excited I was! I whipped this up right away LOL! Love the "recipe!" And honestly, that St. Patrick's Day die cut is older than the baby haha! I combined with the What's on TV and Becky Fleck Sketch.

We're so glad you're excited about this month's challenge! We have so much fun coming up with the "recipes" each month. And, while we love a good decorative corner, for this month's challenge, we'd like you to stick with photo corners. But, feel free to get creative with that idea! You can use cut paper, a punch, or even washi tape wrapped around the corner of a piece of paper or a photo to achieve the photo corner look!

What can I say about this layout except that it's delicious?! The clovers! The rainbow washi! That delicious baby! I'm so glad this month's challenge inspired you AND helped you use up some of your stash! Image

I love recipe challenges!  Sketch is from this month's sketch with a Twist challenge

No St Patrick's day theme but loved the idea of corners - I haven't done that in ages so great prompt!  I used a minty green from a WRMK paper collection (and of course the photo itself is of something green)

Oh, yes, this is PERFECT! I love the die cut paper and the accents of yellow/gold to break up all the green. Thanks for playing along!

What a great moment to scrap! I agree that green tea tempura ice cream sounds unusual, but the memory of how delicious it was certainly deserves its own page! I like how you used the pale green to reflect the green tea flavor. Thanks for participating in our challenge!
