Hi everyone! Welcome to my April Heritage Challenge!

The focus is on pets/animals from long ago.

The idea for this challenge came from a photo I recently found of my DH while I was cleaning out things at his mother's house. Can't believe I had never seen this photo before - it's priceless!

The possibilities are wide open here! I am posting 3 layouts to give you ideas.
The first has the photo I mentioned above.
The second has a photo of my grandfather's goats (and a story to go with it).
The third has a photo of my best/oldest childhood friend and my cat (still working on a title for this one).

The rules are simple:
- Deadline is April 30 at midnight
- Can be paper, digi, or hybrid
- Post your layout to this thread
- A randomly selected winner with receive a $5 ACOT gift card

awesome idea! was just going through pics of my mother's that I wanted to copy and saw one of our dogs that has passed with my sister's one dog that is now gone (but the pic isn't that ld - only 2003) - the kids were all so little then! was planning on scrapping thos when ds showed up... might use them now!

It's a busy weekend for everyone! Heading down in about an hour for an Easter brunch with a bunch of friends in our building. Someone actually brought over a tur-duck-en from the US!! YUM!!!!

I wish I had pictures of long ago pets but my sister has all those photos and she won't share them with me! I might just use this challenge to scrap a couple of cats that couldn't make the move with us though...would that count?
