7. Do you have a nativity scene? yes - but it's in storage....along with most of my belongings!!!8. Hardest person to buy for? husband -he never really wants anything

10. Mail or email Christmas cards? Mail most of them but email a few to people scattered around the globe
11.Worst Christmas gift you ever received? an incredibly UGLY dull-beige sweater!

19 . Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning? Actually, many years we open them early since we're often travelling on Xmas day, but when the kids were little - we did adult presents on Xmas eve after kids were in bed and did their presents Xmas morning
20 . Most annoying thing about this time of year? Boys are older and it's mid-term, so they usually have work to do over the holidays......and I'm the mean grinch who makes them do it!
21. Favorite ornament theme or color? Ormanements collected from our travels.
22. Favorite for Christmas dinner? my mother always did a Xmas brunch - ham, turkey, scrambled eggs, grits, sausage and bacon....YUM

2. Real tree or Artificial? Artificial. I'd love real, but I'm allergic to them!
3. When do you put up the tree? Usually the first weekend in December. This year, Tommy did it (with the help of his dad!)
4. When do you take the tree down? Usually on or about January 6 or the weekend after.
5. Do you like egg nog? Yes, but the unspiked kind. Our local dairy makes a delicious one!
6. Favorite gift received as a child? A puppy! He was named "Nicky" and was a half-breed - half golden retriever and half something else. No one was really sure, until he grew to be the size of a Great Dane! The dog was half crazy and could leap over our 6-foot fence that stood on a 2-foot wall. My dad used to say he was half-retreiver and half-kangaroo... He eventually got too big and was "sent to the farm"...
7. Do you have a nativity scene? Yes - the Willow Tree set.
8. Hardest person to buy for? My husband.
9. Easiest person to buy for? My 5-year old, Tommy.

1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? wrapping paper
2. Real tree or Artificial? This is our first artificial one in about 7 years. We weren't sure how many times the baby would pull it down, so we didn't want a real one falling on her. Usually we do the whole family traipsing through the woods to find the right tree, and Daddy cuts it down.
3. When do you put up the tree? The second Sunday in December.
4. When do you take the tree down? Usually right after new years. With the real ones, they start losing needles by then, and I need to claim back the needed space in the living room.
5. Do you like egg nog? nope
6. Favorite gift received as a child? probably my Barbie house, it was taller than I was.
7. Do you have a nativity scene? yes, I have 3 of them. One that is a Lenox cream and gold set that Dh's Aunt gave us, a Native American Nativity with a teepee (I love it!), and a regular ceramic one with a wooden manger. 8. Hardest person to buy for? My 86 yr old grandma! I ended up getting her a mail box, a disposable camera (that's all she likes to use), and a necklace/pendant that has three heart stones on it. Or my Brother Inlaw!9. Easiest person to buy for? My kids
10. Mail or email Christmas cards? Mail, although I will email a few people with additional pics of the kids.

23. What do you want for Christmas this year? Robin Roberts' book, slippers, a watch.

4. When do you take the tree down? Weekend after Christmas! Mostly because our living room is not very big!
