We're having beef brisket tonight, yum.  The only thing I have left to do is make the mac & cheese (homemade, not box) around 3:30.  I've cooked dinner for the past three days; it's so nice to be back to homecooked meals.  I've been on a lazy streak recently, and DH was feeling neglected.  So we made an agreement - he would cook for me Mon - Wed, days I normally work late, and I will cook for him Thurs - Sun, which are calmer days for me.
