Well I just got news that I need to get another surgery. After I had covid two months ago. I just haven't been feeling well. Three weeks ago they found a weird viral eye infection. I have been dealing with so much pressure in my eyes, nose and ears. I couldnt see out of my left eye for hours. Plus dizziness and I had three bad falls this month. No one could tell me what was going on. It was extremely frustrating. I haven't been very mobile. I'm not as dizzy but still very off balance. So I haven't been able to drive or move around much. My doctor took two weeks off so I couldn't do much until he got back. I need his referral to see specialists. Then it typically takes weeks just to get seen. So fast forward to last week. I saw an eye doctor and the infection is in the last leg of healing. Antibiotics will clear the rest of it up. But because I'm still dealing with the dizziness. He referred me to an ent. They did a CT scan today and said I need surgery. My septum is very enlarged and there is lots of pressure in my ears. I saw the scan and it is so visibly large. It's no wonder I have been having major pressure and migraines and off balance. They will have to relieve the pressure in the septum. Break my nose to straighten the canal. Hopefully I'm explaining that right. Everything happened so fast and it was hard to keep up. All I heard is I needed surgery again Then dilate my eustachian tube in my ear. On top of this I have vertigo. That's why I'm falling. So I have to start physical therapy for that and check to make sure nothing else is going on.

This girl could use a break and vacation on surgeries. My surgery is set for September 13th. I could use some good vibes and prayers. I get major anxiety being put under. Plus the recovery is a week with no lifting. The worst part is my husband will be out of town for my surgery and recovery. He's my calming person.

Oh my gosh, Flora!  Enough is enough!  Let them know you have anxiety being put under, they can give you something to ease this.  Sending prayers and I will pray for you on the day of surgery.

Thank you for the suggestion. I really need something to help with the anxiety.

Goodness! I’m sorry you are now dealing with all of this when you barely are over the other surgeries! Praying for all over healing and that nothing else will happen!

Sorry to hear you are facing yet another surgery, Flora.  Prayers for you as you deal with yet another health issue.

Oh Flora, not again! Good thoughts and prayers to you! I can't believe you have more health issues I agree with the rest of the cherries - ask for something for the anxiety. When I had my MOHS surgery, the surgeon prescribed me 2 Valiums and I didn't even ask for it. She saw I was anxious just in the consultation lol. I think it helped SO much since I was awake the whole time and it was on my face. Very high on the creep factor. I never even took the 2nd one lol. Much love to you xoxo

So sorry to hear that you've been dealt another round of health issues.  You've proven time and again that you are a tough gal!  You'll get through this!  I do agree with something for anxiety.  I was against it for many, many years until I finally broke and had to do something.  It helped me stay calm, and yet very focused.  It was a miracle for me.
