As some of y'all know, my oldest nephew goes to a "year-round" type school where time off is spread out a bit more, but they still go to school the same number of days that other kids do in the area. Today is the first day of school! First Grade!

Check out that smile! He is EXCITED!



I SHOULD have gotten pictures of sweet Jasper starting Pre-K today but w/o going into detail again (you can read all about my rant on Scrap-a-Day), let's just say that his parents and his aunt and uncle are very upset with how disorganized they are, just because of Jasper's special needs. Hopefully it gets cleared up and he can start tomorrow or Friday.

Anywho, as I was taking Draven's picture, these 3 Muskateers were standing in line, waiting to have THEIR picture taken!

That's cool! So did my brother and I. The same school district that my nephew goes to is the same one we went to. They switched over to a year-round calendar back in 1994. I was a Freshman in HS and my brother was in 5th grade when they started it up. We both liked it.

They are so adorable!! Hope he enjoys his first day back at school.

They are the absolute cutest!  All of that white blond hair!  I sure hope that Jasper gets to go to school tomorrow!  Shame on that registration process!

Thank you Ann, and actually YES they do. Draven just started being interested in really looking at the scrapbooks and so does Wes. It's really sweet

Love that they all wanted their pictures taken!!! Hope you get everything sorted out for Jasper so he can start school too! I’m sure you’ll make awesome layouts with all of these pictures!
