How do I get on a team lol

I've been trying to catch up and I see we have some crafty shenanigans going on lol so can someone point me to the thread with the intital thread of the teams and challenge information?
or have I missed the recruitment?

sorry to say you've missed out for this month. BUT i'll put up a sign-up thread for August somewhere around July 15th.
