Also, I used to be in the habit of posting Trivia Tuesday fairly regularly.  I still try to, but sometimes . . . life gets in the way.

I don't know but I could keep them in business! We eat eggplant fairly regularly at our house, mainly because my mother also made it often. It was a cheap meal during war time my mom said. So I'll agree, NJ.

I only eat eggplant if it’s prepared at a restaurant. I have never cut one open myself. I really need to learn how and get a recipe. What am I living under a rock? lol
