Meatballs! LOL! Way back in the day I made porcupine meatballs out of ground beef and rice-a-roni. My kids loved them.

I love porcupines! My son just completed his Senior Project about wildlife rescue and as part of it, we attended a really cool presentation about porcupines. I had no idea they were such great climbers, nor that they are nocturnal. I think a group of porcupines is a prickle.
