Our nice warm spring weather took a turn for BRRRRRR.  So a nice hot chicken pot pie is a refreshing and warm dinner!

Hi ladies - I won't be here too long. It's dh's 62 birthday today! I'm making a standing rib roast, cucumber/tomato salad and crusty french bread. We have a layer cake and a cheesecake as his dessert choices.

I am currently boycotting Papa Johns.  Several months ago I placed an order and they delivered the wrong pizza THREE times.  They promised me a free pizza but the third time the driver delivered the wrong pizza he said he ran out of coupons so  he couldn't do anything to help me.

We had an early dinner. Pork roast, saurkraut, cauliflower,and mashed potatoes....It was freezing here today!(32 degrees with a real feel of 18) So a heavy, warm dinner was needed.
