ACOT Message Board

Every once in awhile I check out another "popular" message board, because I have a couple of favorite scrappers that post there. I just have to say that I am so happy that ACOT is my scrappy home. Ughhh! Those people can be downright nasty! I have never encountered that sort of nastiness here and I am so thankful. It really brings me down! Just saying.... Thank you ACOT people. You are the best!

I know....that is one of the reasons that even though some things went awry here...as long as I scrap, I will call this my home!! Lots of great, caring peeps!!

I have always appreciated the support that people on this board give each other.

I do love the support we get from one another here....I totally agree with you!

I know what message board you are talking about and it can get very nasty. I knew someone who went on it everyday and literally argued terribly with people. I think there is something wrong when people crave negativity. Some of those arguments were carried over to Facebook. I'm sorry, but I don't have time for that ugliness. Life is too short. I love it here, there is no drama and everyone is very supportive.

Some boards are just crazy, which is why after taking a break from scrapping and this board for a few years, when I was ready to scrap again I came back here.

I agree with all the sentiment here. Yes, there have been many changes lately, BUT I for one think we have all pulled together as a "family" to keep this our home. Such as with challenges, so many cherries picked up the ball and ran with it!! And the support is overwhelming. Whether it be a personal problem, or a scrappy block, or the loss of a fellow cherry that we all seem to feel the pain of, this is, and will remain home to myself and many others! I don't know the "other" site, and from the sounds of it, I am glad I don't.

I love ACOT.

In all of the years I've been here, I've only seen ugliness once or twice. It's kind here and loving. It's why I'm still here. AMEN!

Yep you guys are the best and I am glad we all have one anothers backs - so to speak. lol

I come and go here as there were times I felt some strife and discontent, but that has long past and I have felt more comfortable here in the last year or so. There is no need for someone to be nasty. Why can't everyone practice, "if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all"? That was how I was brought up and it works 100% of the time! ACOT is my home too.

Why yes, yes I do.

This is my regular board, even though I'm not a huge poster, I'm always lurking. ACOT has wonderful people and VERY supportive! I like the fact that people can be and are honest.
