WE have left over pot roast in the fridge and I'm making a chicken soup out of the left over roasting chicken.

Tomorrow we're having tacos.

Sunday will be a pork roast.

We have been invited out to a couples dinner. I just hope hubby's migraine decreases because I hate to go by myself!!

No idea whatsoever. Aj is going over to a friends house to watch a bomber football game so I might just treat myself to some greasy food. haha!

Picked up a couple angus and blue cheese burger patties; we'll have burgers (sans the buns...we're trying to lose "the wheat belly") and some sauteed green beans with mushrooms. Oh and I'm making banana/hazlenut muffins (with almond flour), so that will be our dessert tonight during the game.

We are going out to eat on our way to the coast. However, yesterday I made the most delicious pumpkin turkey chili. It was so amazing I had it for lunch today, and I RARELY eat leftovers.

Made Tacos last night...Used the leftover meat to make chili.... it was cold enough.. Hubby is gonna make indian fry bread this weekend to go with the big pot of chili...
